Still Losing It?

Two weigh in's into my Weight Watchers attempt I've lost about 2 lbs.  Which is on track for my goal of 1 lbs. per week (we won't mention that both lbs. happened this week).  I'm honestly not really sure how much I've actually lost since I started as I didn't weigh myself right before I started.  I only had the weight that I was a few weeks ago in my head, figuring that I hadn't lost anything yet, but when I stepped on a scale after the first week I had lost almost 10 lbs.!  Totally awesome but not likely to happen in one week! 

So, currently, I'm almost exactly 10 lbs. closer to my goal!  Oh, my how 40 lbs. seems so much more surmountable than 50!  As, I'm sure, so will 30 and 20 and 10.

I still haven't been able to fit in any extra exercise, but I have been able to keep up more on the housework and stay generally more busy.  Before you go telling me about how much faster this whole process will go and how I'll feel so much better if I exercise, please don't waste your breath.  I know all that I just have no desire to add that to my schedule at this point.  Besides, the pool is opening this weekend I plan on spending a LOT of time there with the girls. 

So, here's to a beautiful summer and may you all feel fantastic in your skin.  No matter how much there is of it!
